A key task of product management is to connect customer needs, market developments, technology and business. The goal is to further develop the Reka by Nexans offering to be even more customer- and market-driven, while strengthening the company’s position as a strategic partner in electrification.

“It has been great to see how our operations have been developed together over the past months. We have strong expertise, a good working culture and many highly skilled people. I believe that Nexans’ international expertise, combined with our strong local know-how, creates an excellent foundation for future growth,” Rokka says.

Product Management evolving to meet the growth of electrification and data center markets

In developing product management, particular emphasis is placed on megatrends in electrification, the growth of the data center market, sustainability, and customer-driven offering development.

“The role of product management is becoming increasingly strategic. We want to integrate customer insight, market needs, sustainability, and business development more closely into our daily work,” Rokka explains.

Going forward, key focus areas include developing sustainable solutions, strengthening Nordic collaboration, and the ability to respond quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs. At the same time, the strong growth in electrification and the data center market creates new opportunities to develop solutions for critical infrastructure needs in Finland and across the Nordic region.

In recent years, Reka by Nexans has developed its operations and offering to meet the growing demands of electrification, sustainability, and critical infrastructure.
